Our Policies

Shipping

  • $100.00 or more must be spent per recipient/address destination in order to get free ground shipping to that destination

  • Shipping hours are M - F 6:00 am EST - 3:00 pm EST.

  • If an order is placed on Friday after 12 pm EST then it will not ship until the following Monday (and/or the next business day, in the event of the following Monday being a holiday).

  • Please allow at least 24 - 48 business hours for order processing (and at least 2 - 3 business days during the holiday season)

  • Orders set for store pickup will be ready same day (and/or next business day in the event of a holiday.

  • When purchasing online, shipping cost is calculated by destination and total order weight, occasionally flat rate is cheaper so we will ship via flat rate if it applies ; we work with shipping providers to provide shipping costs at a discounted rate to Savory Olive customers.

  • Unfortunately we are not able to offer shipping to recipients in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.  

  • We do not offer delayed shipping.

  • We do not ship internationally.

  • We do our best to make sure the items in you package are safe and secure however, in the event that your items are damaged during the shipping process we will need to file a claim with UPS before we are able to reship your order. Unfortunately, if you do not follow the instructions below WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RE-SHIP NOR REFUND YOUR ORDER. Please follow the simple two-step instructions below BEFORE you throw anything away.                                                                                              1.  Take pictures of any and all damaged items as well as your receipt/order confirmation.

        2. Email all pictures to savoryolive@yahoo.com. Subject line needs to state Damaged           Items and the body of your email needs to state the name(s) off all damaged items.              We will resend your order once you complete the steps above.

Returns & Exchanges

In-Store: All sales of food items are 100% non-refundable. However, any issues with the products themselves will be handled on a case by case basis. Please direct any concerns or questions to, Tracy at savoryolive@yahoo.com and/or call us at 904-651-6159

Online Orders: In the event that your items are damaged during the shipping process we will need to file a claim with UPS before we are able to reship your order.
