Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin with Maple Balsamic Glaze

Cooking Time: 1 hour 50 minutes | Servings: 4-6





Bacon Wrapped Maple Glazed Pork Loin is smoky, so juicy, and sweet and spicy. Everything tastes better wrapped in bacon. Right?

Ingredients

1 whole boneless pork loin 4-6 lbs.

2 Tbs. spicy brown mustard

1 Tbs. soy sauce

1 Tbs. Worcestershire

1/2 Vermont Maple Balsamic Vinegar, plus some for basting.

10-12 smoked bacon slices

Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder to taste


Directions

Mix Mustard, Soy Sauce, Worcestershire, & 1/4 cup maple balsamic vinegar together.

Sprinkle Pork with Salt, Pepper & Garlic Powder

Pour Brown Sugar Glaze over the top of Pork.

Completely wrap Pork with Bacon…pour mixture over the top

Cover with Foil & bake at 375 for 1 hour.

Remove Foil…glaze again with Pan drippings.

Recover and cook another 30 minutes

Uncover. Baste again and cook uncovered another 20 minutes until Bacon is Brown & Crispy

Remove from oven and rest 5 minutes.

Slice…Serve…Enjoy!!!
